To Improve Our AI: Anonymized and disassociated image data may be used to train and improve the accuracy and capabilities of our AI models. We take steps to ensure this data cannot be linked back to you.
To Process Payments: To manage your subscriptions, process payments, and handle billing issues through our payment processor, PayPal.
To Communicate With You: To send you service-related notifications, such as account verification emails, subscription confirmations, and responses to your support requests.

a. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including password hashing, secure data transmission (HTTPS), and limiting data access to authorized personnel.

b. Retention

Account Data: We retain your account information as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, this data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Uploaded Images & Analyses: Your images and analysis results are linked to your account. When you delete your account, this data is also deleted.
Anonymized Data: Data that has been fully anonymized and cannot be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely for AI training and statistical purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the child's account.
